Radney Foster è un cantautore e musicista statunitense nato a Del Rio, Texas, il 20 luglio 1959. Inizialmente noto come songwriter a Nashville, ha debuttato nel 1986 formando il duo Foster and Lloyd con Bill Lloyd.
