Atlanta Rhythm Section (ARS) è una band di rock del sud americana formatasi nel 1970 a Doraville, in Georgia. Originariamente composta da ex membri dei gruppi Candymen e Classics IV, la formazione si unì come gruppo di session per lo Studio One appena aperto. Il loro sound, caratterizzato da riff bluesy, melodie orecchiabili e arrangiamenti complessi, li ha portati a raggiungere il successo negli anni '70 con brani come "So Into You", "Imaginary Lover" e "Champagne Jam". L'ARS ha pubblicato 12 album in studio tra il 1974 e il 1986, collaborando con produttori di spicco come Barry Beckett e Ron Nevison.
