Sawyer Brown ist eine amerikanische Country-Musik-Band, die 1981 in Apopka, Florida, gegründet wurde. Die fünf Mitglieder waren ursprünglich Teil der Begleitband des Country-Pop-Sängers Don King: Bobby Randall (Gitarre) und Jim Scholten (Bass), beide aus Midland, Michigan; Joe Smyth (Schlagzeug), Gregg "Hobie" Hubbard (Keyboard) und Mark Miller (Gesang). Nach Kings Rücktritt 1981 beschlossen die fünf Mitglieder, eine Band zu gründen.
