Sinner è una band heavy metal tedesca formatasi nel 1982 grazie al cantante e bassista Mat Sinner. La formazione ha fatto parte della scena heavy/speed/power metal tedesca, raggiungendo un discreto successo negli anni '80. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The King of the Night", "Blood and Tears" e "Ready to Rock". Nel 2008 la band ha pubblicato l'album "Crash and Burn" per AFM Records. Mat Sinner, dopo aver lasciato Sinner, ha collaborato con Primal Fear.
