Jeff Scott Soto (nato il 4 novembre 1965 a Brooklyn, New York) è un cantante rock statunitense di origini portoricane. È noto soprattutto per essere stato il voce dei primi due album di Yngwie Malmsteen e per aver sostituito Steve Augeri come vocalist principale di Journey durante i tour del 2006-2007 dopo che quest'ultimo ha dovuto lasciare la band a causa di un'infezione acuta alla gola. Il suo stile è tipico dei cantanti heavy metal degli anni '80, ma è anche influenzato da musicisti soul classici come Sam Cooke, dal cantante originale di Journey Steve Perry e da Freddie Mercury dei Queen.
