Sinsemilia è una band reggae francese formatasi a Grenoble nel 1990. Il nome del gruppo deriva da "sinsemilla", termine che indica le piante di cannabis femminili non fecondate e quindi prive di semi. Sinsemilia ha raggiunto un grande successo in Francia, diventando uno dei gruppi reggae più popolari del paese.
