David Fonseca (nato a Leiria, Portogallo, nel 1973) è un musicista portoghese. Cantautore e polistrumentista (tra cui chitarra acustica e organo), Fonseca ha intrapreso una carriera musicale di successo dopo aver iniziato come fotografo per cataloghi di moda e aver partecipato a diverse mostre. La sua musica, definibile pop/rock alternativo, è influenzata da artisti come Sergio Godinho, Jeff Buckley, The B-52's, Pixies, Roy Orbison, Aphex Twin e Ryan Adams. Fonseca si occupa anche della grafica dei suoi album. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "A Minha Música", "O Que Eu Quero", "Fado da Cidade" e "Noite de Estrelas".
