Colin James Hay è un cantautore, chitarrista e musicista scozzese naturalizzato australiano, nato a Dundee nel 1953. È conosciuto soprattutto come ex componente del gruppo musicale Men at Work, con cui ha raggiunto il successo internazionale negli anni '80. Il suo brano più famoso, "Down Under", ha conquistato le classifiche mondiali e rimane un classico della musica pop.
