The Vapors sono una band new wave e power pop britannica attiva dal 1979 al 1982, con un breve revival a partire dal 2016. Originari di Leicester, in Inghilterra, il gruppo è noto per il suo sound energico e melodico, influenzato da artisti come The Cars e Blondie. Il loro album di debutto, "Magnets", pubblicato nel 1980, ha raggiunto un discreto successo commerciale grazie al singolo "Turning Japanese", che è diventato un classico del genere new wave.
