Ian Dury und die Blockheads sind eine britische Musikgruppe, die in den 1970er und 1980er Jahren aktiv war. Gegründet von Ian Dury, Sänger, Musiker und Dichter, ist die Band für ihre Ska-Punk-Musik mit Einflüssen aus Rockabilly und Cabaret bekannt. Dury, geboren 1942 in Harrow, hatte eine Kindheit, die durch Polio geprägt war, was zu einer dauerhaften Lähmung seiner rechten Beinseite führte.
