Sarah Bettens è una cantautrice e musicista belga, nata nel 1971. Trascorse l'infanzia a Beringen, in Belgio, dove iniziò a suonare la chitarra all'età di dieci anni. Nel 1990 formò il gruppo musicale The Neon Judgement, con cui ottenne un discreto successo nei Paesi Bassi e in Europa. Dopo lo scioglimento del gruppo nel 1998, Bettens intraprese una carriera solista, pubblicando album come "The World Is My Playground" (2000) e "My Name Is Sarah" (2003).
