Jam and Spoon è stato un duo elettronico di successo proveniente da Francoforte, in Germania. Il gruppo era composto dai compositori e produttori Rolf Ellmer (conosciuto anche come Jam El Mar, compositore classico) e Markus Loffel (DJ, nome d'arte: Mark Spoon). Hanno lavorato anche sotto i pseudonimi Tokyo Ghetto Pussy, Storm e Big Room. Sotto questi nomi, i crediti sugli album sono elencati come Trancy Spacer e Spacy Trancer.
