Peter and The Test Tube Babies sono una band punk rock formatasi a Peacehaven, Inghilterra, nel 1978 da Del Strangefish e Peter Bywaters. Conosciuti per i loro testi umoristici e ironici, sono spesso considerati parte del sottogenere Punk Pathetique. La band ha debuttato su Sounds magazine nel luglio 1980 e dopo una sessione radiofonica su John Peel Radio One, ha pubblicato il suo primo singolo sull'album di compilation Vaultage 78.
