Toploader è una rock band britannica formatasi a Eastbourne nel 1997. Composta da Dan Hipgrave (voce), Joe Beltrami (chitarra), Rob Green (basso) e Evan Sproul (batteria), il gruppo ha raggiunto la fama internazionale con il singolo "Dancing in the Moonlight", una cover del brano di King Harvest che nel 2000 è diventato un successo planetario. L'album d'esordio, omonimo, ha venduto milioni di copie in tutto il mondo e ha contribuito a consolidare la popolarità della band. Dopo il successo iniziale, Toploader ha continuato a pubblicare album come "Magic Hotel" (2001) e "On the Edge of Love" (2003), ma non hanno mai raggiunto lo stesso livello di successo del loro debutto. Nel 2003 la band si è sciolta, per poi riunirsi nel 2015 con un nuovo album, "The Last Dance", che ha segnato il ritorno in scena dei Toploader.
