Torture Squad è un gruppo musicale brasiliano di genere thrash/death metal, attivo dal 1990. Originari di São Paulo, la band ha guadagnato popolarità negli anni '90 grazie al loro sound aggressivo e tecnico, influenzato da gruppi come Slayer, Sepultura e Kreator. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "Bloodshed", "The Killing" e "Death Squad". Nel corso della loro carriera hanno pubblicato diversi album, tra cui "Torture Squad" (1993), "In the Name of Death" (1996) e "Live in Brazil" (2004). La band ha collaborato con artisti come Max Cavalera dei Sepultura e Andreas Kisser degli Helloween. Torture Squad è considerata una delle più importanti realtà del thrash metal brasiliano, contribuendo a diffondere questo genere musicale nel panorama internazionale.
