Le Mediæval Bæbes sono un gruppo musicale femminile inglese fondato nel 1996 da Katharine Blake, già membro dei Miranda Sex Garden. Il progetto nacque dall'amore condiviso di Blake e alcuni amici per la musica medievale, risalente al 1990. La formazione del gruppo varia da 6 a 12 membri, con un focus sulla performance di brani tradizionali medievali in lingua latina, francese e inglese.
