Life of Agony è una band di alternative metal proveniente da Brooklyn, New York. Attiva dal 1989, il gruppo ha raggiunto un notevole successo negli anni '90 con album come "River Runs Red" (1993) e "Ugly" (1996), caratterizzati da sonorità pesanti e testi introspettivi che esplorano temi di dolore, rabbia e speranza. La band è guidata dalla voce potente di Mina Caputo, una figura iconica nel panorama musicale underground. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "Through the Fire and Flames", "Broken" e "No More Tears".
