Whiskeytown war eine alternative Country-Band, die 1994 in Raleigh, North Carolina gegründet wurde. Die Band wurde von Ryan Adams angeführt und weitere Mitglieder waren Caitlin Cary, Phil Wandscher, Eric "Skillet" Gilmore und Mike Daly. Whiskeytown löste sich 2000 auf, als Adams seine Solokarriere begann.
