Nickel Creek è un gruppo musicale acustico statunitense formatosi nel 1989. Il loro sound, definito da alcuni come "progressive acoustic" o "newgrass", fonde elementi di bluegrass con influenze country e indie rock. Il gruppo è composto da Chris Thile (mandolino, voce), Sara Watkins (violino, fiddle, voce) e Sean Watkins (chitarra, voce).
