Imperiet è stata una band rock svedese proveniente da Stoccolma attiva dal 1983 al 1988. Considerata uno dei gruppi più influenti in Svezia durante quel periodo, ha dominato la scena new wave, spesso confusa con il punk rock dell'epoca.
