Ricky Lee Skaggs (nascosto il 18 luglio 1954) è un cantante, chitarrista e musicista bluegrass americano di fama mondiale. Nato a Cordell, Kentucky, Skaggs ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale all'età di sette anni, esibendosi in locali e programmi televisivi con suo padre.
