Waleed Shabazz, bekannt unter seinem Künstlernamen C-Rayz Walz, ist ein Rapper aus dem Bronx, New York. Er ist derzeit Mitglied des Underground-Recordlabels Definitive Jux und des New Yorker Hip-Hop-Syndikats Stronghold. Neben der Veröffentlichung von vier Studioalben und einer EP hat er auf vielen Alben anderer Rapper mitgewirkt, darunter Aesop Rock und Immortal Technique, und arbeitete mit Künstlern wie Percee P und Messiah J and The Expert zusammen.
