The Faders sono stati una rock band femminile britannica formatasi a gennaio 2004 sotto l'etichetta Polydor. La bassista/tastierista Toy Valentine e la batterista Cherisse Osei sono state le prime due componenti ad essere selezionate durante il primo provino. La cantante e chitarrista principale Molly Lorenne è stata poi introdotta al gruppo da un amico in comune, completando la formazione.
