Crebbe nei quartieri meridionali di Los Angeles; membro di una gang a dieci anni, a diciassette fu messo in prigione per un grosso furto di pneumatici. Il gruppo crebbe in fama nella decade successiva e White sposò la prima voce, Glodean James.
