Beborn Beton è un gruppo musicale tedesco di synth-pop formatosi nel 1989. Il loro primo album, "Tybalt", uscito nel 1993, raccoglie le migliori tracce scritte nei primi tre anni di attività del gruppo e riceve un ottimo riscontro nell'ambiente musicale elettronico. Nel 1995 esce il secondo album, "Concrete Ground", che consolida la loro reputazione come abili artigiani del synth-pop e scrittori di canzoni intelligenti. Dopo il cambio di casa discografica nel 1996, viene pubblicato l'album di successo "Nightfall", che include il brano dancefloor "Im Innern Einer Frau".
