Jeff Beck (Geoffrey Arnold Beck, 24 giugno 1944 – 10 gennaio 2023) è stato un chitarrista e compositore britannico considerato uno dei più influenti della storia del rock. Iniziò la sua carriera negli anni '60 con i The Yardbirds, dove si distinse per il suo stile innovativo e virtuosistico. Dopo lo scioglimento del gruppo, formò Jeff Beck Group, collaborando con artisti come Rod Stewart e Ronnie Wood. Nel corso della sua lunga carriera ha esplorato diversi generi musicali, dal blues al jazz fusion, dimostrando una costante ricerca sonora e un'eccezionale abilità tecnica. Ha vinto otto Grammy Award e nel 2009 è stato inserito nella Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Tra i suoi brani più noti figurano "Cause We've Ended as Lovers", "Hi Ho Silver Lining" e "Where Were You?.
