I Nits, originariamente conosciuti come The Nits, sono un gruppo musicale olandese formatosi nel 1974. Il loro sound si caratterizza per una fusione di elementi elettronici, rock progressivo e musica ambient, creando un'atmosfera sonora unica e ipnotica. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "The Light", "In the Land of Dreams" e "A New Day". Nel corso della loro carriera hanno pubblicato numerosi album, tra cui "The Nits" (1978), "The Second Time Around" (1980) e "The Sound of Silence" (1982).
