Glen Hansard (geboren am 21. April 1970 in Dublin, Irland) ist ein irischer Singer-Songwriter und Musiker, der vor allem als Hauptkomponist und Sänger der Rockband The Frames bekannt ist. Internationale Anerkennung erlangte er auch durch seine Rollen in den Musikfilmen *Once* und *The Commitments*. Hansard schrieb gemeinsam das Lied *Falling Slowly*, das im Soundtrack von *Once* zu hören ist und ihm 2008 einen Oscar für die beste Originalmusik einbrachte.
