Whiskeytown è stata una band country alternativo formatasi a Raleigh, North Carolina nel 1994. Guidati da Ryan Adams, i membri includevano Caitlin Cary, Phil Wandscher, Eric "Skillet" Gilmore e Mike Daly. La band si è sciolta nel 2000, con Adams che ha intrapreso una carriera solista.
