Madball ist eine amerikanische Hardcore-Punk-Band aus New York City, die seit Ende der 1980er Jahre aktiv ist. Die Band entstand als Nebenprojekt der Agnostic Front, wobei Freddy "Madball" Cricien, der jüngere Bruder des Frontmanns Roger Miret, während der Konzerte der Agnostic Front das Mikrofon übernahm. 1992 beschloss Madball, eine eigene musikalische Karriere zu verfolgen und veröffentlichte ihr Debütalbum "Ball of Destruction". Der Sound der Band zeichnet sich durch aggressiven und schnellen Hardcore-Punk aus, mit Einflüssen aus Thrash-Metal und Groove-Metal.
