Frameshift ist eine Progressive-Rock/Metal-Band unter der Leitung von Henning Pauly. Ihr Debütalbum *Unweaving the Rainbow* ist ein Konzeptalbum, das auf den Werken des Wissenschaftlers und Schriftstellers Richard Dawkins basiert und die Vocals von James LaBrie von Dream Theater enthält. Das zweite Konzeptalbum *An Absence of Empathy* beinhaltet Sebastian Bach und andere Musiker. Henning Pauly hat auf seiner Website erklärt, dass ein zukünftiges Frameshift-Album aus einem Buch von Richard Dawkins, *The God Delusion*, adaptiert werden wird, aber mit zwei Sängern: Magali Luyten (Virus IV, Beautiful Sin, Ayreon) und Dan Swano (Nightingale, Edge of Sanity, Ayreon). Bevor dieses Album veröffentlicht wird, erscheint ein Album mit dem Titel *Loading Oakfield* mit den Vocals von Alexander Froese von Knockdown Industries. Dieses Album wird kein Konzeptalbum sein.
