Die Buzzcocks sind eine britische Punk-Rock-Band aus Manchester, die von 1976 bis 1983 aktiv war und sich dann sporadisch wiedervereinigte. Sie gelten als eine der einflussreichsten Bands der englischen Punk-Szene der 1970er Jahre und trugen mit ihrer schnellen, eingängigen und oft nachdenklichen Musik zur Definition des Sounds des Movements bei.
