Tower of Power ist eine amerikanische Funk- und Soulband aus Kalifornien. Aktiv seit 1968, erreichte die Band in den 1970er Jahren mit Songs wie „What Is Hip?“ und „You're Still a Young Man“ kommerziellen Erfolg. Bekannt für ihre energiegeladenen Auftritte und ihre kraftvolle Rhythmussektion war Tower of Power eine Begleitband für zahlreiche weltberühmte Rock- und Popkünstler, darunter Elton John, Santana und The Rolling Stones.
