Deanta è una band irlandese di musica tradizionale proveniente dall'Irlanda del Nord, attiva dal 1980 fino al 1997 e riunita nel 2008. Il nome "Deanta", in irlandese, significa "fatto" o "concluso". La band ha fatto parte integrante della scena musicale tradizionale irlandese, firmando con l'etichetta Green Linnet e pubblicando tre album che fondevano melodie e canzoni tradizionali con arrangiamenti a volte con un tocco contemporaneo.
