David Van Cortlandt Crosby (Los Angeles, 14 agosto 1941 – Santa Monica, 18 gennaio 2023) è stato un chitarrista, cantautore e musicista statunitense. Considerato uno dei pilastri della musica folk-rock americana, Crosby ha raggiunto fama internazionale come membro fondatore dei Byrds negli anni '60, gruppo che ha contribuito a definire il suono del folk rock con successi come "Mr. Tambourine Man" e "Turn!
