The Avalanches sono un duo australiano di musica elettronica formatosi a Melbourne nel 1997. Composto da Robbie Chater e Tony Di Blasi, il gruppo è noto per i suoi album caratterizzati da campionamenti musicali variegati, che spaziano dal funk al jazz, passando per la psichedelia e la musica pop.
