Gin Blossoms è una band alternative rock formatasi nel 1987 a Tempe, Arizona. Il nome deriva da una fotografia di W.C. Fields con la didascalia "W.C. Fields with gin blossoms", che faceva riferimento al naso dell'attore apparentemente devastato dall'alcol, ma in realtà era una condizione cutanea nota come rosacea.
