I Pale Saints sono stati un gruppo musicale britannico di dream pop e shoegaze attivo tra la fine degli anni '80 e l'inizio degli anni '90. Formatisi a Leeds nel 1987, il gruppo era composto da Ian Masters (voce, chitarra), Meriel Barham (chitarra, voce), Lachlan MacKinnon (basso) e Craig Borthwick (batteria). I Pale Saints sono noti per il loro sound atmosferico e introspettivo, caratterizzato da melodie sognanti, chitarre distorte e un'atmosfera malinconica. Il loro album di debutto, *The Comforts of Madness*, pubblicato nel 1989, è considerato un classico del genere shoegaze.
