Eddie Floyd (nato Edward Lee Floyd il 9 maggio 1937) è un cantante, paroliere e compositore statunitense di musica soul e R and B. Nato a Memphis, Tennessee, Floyd ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale negli anni '50 come membro del gruppo The Esquires. Nel 1960 si trasferì a New York City per perseguire una carriera da solista.
