Repo! The Genetic Opera è un gruppo musicale rock teatrale statunitense formatosi nel 2007. Il progetto, ideato dal compositore e produttore Terrance Zdunich, fonde elementi di musica rock, opera e musical horror. La trama ruota attorno a Repo Man, un collezionista di organi che si reca nelle case dei debitori per riprendersi gli impianti biotecnologici installati nei loro corpi. L'album ha riscosso successo tra i fan del genere horror e musicale, diventando un cult movie grazie al film omonimo diretto da Darren Lynn Bousman nel 2008.
