Filter è una rock band americana formatasi nel 1993. Il gruppo, originario di Los Angeles, California, è noto per il suo sound industrial metal caratterizzato da riff pesanti, melodie elettroniche e testi introspettivi. Il nucleo del gruppo è costituito dal fondatore Richard Patrick, ex chitarrista dei Nine Inch Nails, che si occupa anche della voce.
