Johnny Hates Jazz è un gruppo musicale inglese di genere synth-pop formatosi nel 1986 a Londra. Il trio originale era composto da Clark Datchler (voce, tastiere, chitarra), Calvin Hayes (tastiere, batteria) e Mike Nocito (basso). Il loro sound, caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi, ha conquistato rapidamente il pubblico britannico e internazionale.
