Geordie è stata una rock band proveniente da Newcastle upon Tyne, in Inghilterra, attiva principalmente durante gli anni '70. Considerati un gruppo di culto nel panorama musicale britannico, hanno raggiunto un discreto successo con il loro sound hard rock influenzato dal glam rock e dalla musica folk tradizionale inglese. Il nome del gruppo deriva dal dialetto locale di Newcastle, dove "Geordie" è l'appellativo per gli abitanti della città.
