Mila Mason (geboren am 22. August 1963 in Dawson Springs, Kentucky) ist eine amerikanische Country-Musikerin. Sie debütierte 1996 mit ihrem Debütalbum *That's Enough of That* auf der Country-Musik-Szene und produzierte drei Hitsingles in den Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks (jetzt Hot Country Songs)-Charts, darunter das gleichnamige Lied. Das Album wurde von *The Strong One* aus dem Jahr 1998 gefolgt, aus dem weitere zwei Singles veröffentlicht wurden.
